Professional Services
- Review of existing environmental-related testing data for the Site
- Review available maps and reports of geology and hydrogeology for the project area
- Review proposed development plans
PHASE I ESAs
- Compliant with current ASTM standard (E1527-13)
- Vapor Encroachment Condition (VEC) evaluation
- If requested, evaluation of Non-Scope ASTM items: asbestos, lead-based paint, radon and mold
PHASE II ESAs
- Knowledge of common sampling and analytical methods for groundwater, soil, and soil vapor
- Knowledge of environmental contaminants and their likely movement and fate in the environment
- Understanding of evaluation criteria for environmental media
VI STUDIES
- Completed VI studies in both New York and New Jersey consistent with each state’s protocol and guidance
- Conducted VI studies with a deep understanding of building systems and their effect on vapor intrusion
- Developed and oversaw cost-effective vapor intrusion mitigation measures that were protective of human health
- Underground petroleum storage tank closure and remediation
- Excavation and off-site disposal of excavated materials
- Inspection of engineering control installation
- Community air monitoring for particulates and volatile organic compounds
